  2. Batting Cage
  3. Multipurpose Court (equipped with basketball, tennis, volleyball, and futsal)
  4. Paddle Tennis Courts (2 courts)
  5. Pickleball Courts (3 courts)
  6. Jogging Track

By accessing and using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or the application.

  1. Account Registration and Access
  • User Account: To access certain features of our application, such as booking courts and activities, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  1. Booking and Reservations
  • Court Reservations: You can reserve courts and facilities via our application. All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Reservation times are limited, and you are responsible for ensuring that you follow the designated time slots for each activity.
  • Cancellation and Modifications: Cancellations must be made within the specified time frame to avoid penalties or cancellation fees. Failure to cancel within the allowed time may result in a non-refundable charge.
  • Payment: All bookings require payment at the time of reservation. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your bookings, including any taxes, service fees, or additional charges.
  1. Facility Rules and Conduct

Each facility has its own set of rules, which you must follow during your visit. These rules are designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all users. The following general guidelines apply:

  • Football Ground: You must follow all rules related to football gameplay, including player limits, equipment uses, and field maintenance. No aggressive play, and proper footwear must be worn.
  • Batting Cage: Safety gear such as helmets and protective gear is mandatory. Users must follow instructions for batting procedures and limit usage to the designated cages.
  • Multipurpose Court: The multipurpose court is equipped for basketball, tennis, volleyball, and futsal. Users must respect the designated time for each sport and follow the rules associated with each game. Equipment like basketballs, tennis rackets, and nets will be provided.
  • Paddle Tennis Courts: Only paddle tennis is allowed on these courts. Court time is limited, and users must respect the time slots. Proper footwear is required.
  • Pickleball Courts: The pickleball courts are for pickleball play only. Follow all rules and instructions regarding play duration and equipment use.
  • Jogging Track: The jogging track is available for walking and running. You must use the designated lanes, and cyclists or other vehicles are not permitted on the track.

General Conduct:

  • All users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour will result in the suspension or termination of access to the facilities.

  1. Health and Safety
  • Personal Health: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit to use the facilities. If you have any health conditions, you should consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in physical activity at our sports facility.
  • Liability Waiver: By using the facility, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with physical activity, including injury. You agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using the facility.
  1. Payment and Fees
  • Payment Methods: Payments for bookings must be made through the application, using the available payment methods. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options.
  • Late Fees: If you exceed your reserved time or fail to cancel within the allowed window, you may incur additional charges, which will be billed to your account.
  1. Modifications to the Services and Fees

We reserve the right to modify the services, fees, or facility rules at any time. All changes will be communicated through the application, and the modified terms will take effect immediately upon posting.

  1. Termination of Access
  • Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application or facility if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in illegal activities, or fail to comply with the facility rules.
  • User Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or deleting the account through the application.

  • Facility Use: We are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred while using our facilities. By using our sports facilities, you accept full responsibility for your safety and agree to release Tanzanite Sports Hub from liability.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved amicably By the Parties, and if fails it will be submitted to the Court which has jurisdiction over it.
